绝经后子宫内膜结核的临床诊断特征探讨

摘　　要：目的分析绝经后子宫内膜结核的临床诊断特征。方法回顾性分析本院20例疑似绝经后子宫内膜结核患者的临床资料,分析绝经后子宫内膜结核的临床诊断特征。结果20例疑似绝经后子宫内膜结核患者中,1例子宫内膜癌,1例子宫内膜不典型增生,1例子宫内膜炎伴宫腔积脓,剩下17例子宫内膜结核。均接受宫腔镜检查及诊刮术,1例同时接受腹腔及检查及活检术;病理结果显示12例上皮细胞肉芽肿,5例干酪样坏死;17例患者均进行标准短程抗结核治疗,随访1~6年,均未出现复发。结论临床在诊断绝经后子宫内膜结核时,需结合患者的临床表现,并联合多种辅助检查,包括盆腔彩色多普勒超声检查、宫腔镜检查及诊断性刮宫等,并对患者采取抗结核治疗,以提高临床疗效。Objective To analyze the clinical diagnostic characteristics of postmenopausal endometrial tuberculosis.Methods The clinical data of 20 suspected postmenopausal patients with endometrial tuberculosis were retrospectively analyzed,and the clinical diagnostic characteristics of postmenopausal endometrial tuberculosis were analyzed.Results Among the 20 PET tuberculosis patients,there were 1 case of endometrial cancer,1 case of atypical endometrial hyperplasia,1 case of endometritis with pyometra,and 17 cases of endometrial tuberculosis;all underwent hysteroscopy and curettage,while 1 case underwent abdominal cavity examination and biopsy simultaneously;The pathological results showed 12 cases of epithelial granuloma and 5 cases of caseous necrosis;All 17 patients underwent standard short-term anti-tuberculosis treatment and were followed up for 1-6 years,with no recurrence.Conclusion When diagnosing PET in clinical practice,it is necessary to combine the clinical manifestations of the patient with various auxiliary examinations,including pelvic color Doppler ultrasound,hysteroscopy,and diagnostic curettage,and take anti-tuberculosis treatment to improve clinical efficacy.
