摘 要:目的探讨阴道分泌物生化五项联检应用于阴道炎性疾病临床诊断中的价值。方法选取本中心240例妇科检查患者为研究对象,采集患者的阴道分泌物样本,分别实施阴道分泌物常规镜检及生化五项联检。比较两种检验方法的真菌、滴虫、白细胞、线索细胞以及乳酸杆菌阳性检出情况。结果生化五项联检的真菌及滴虫阳性检出率高于常规镜检(P<0.05);两种检验方法的白细胞、乳酸杆菌及线索细胞阳性检出率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阴道分泌物生化五项联检应用于阴道炎性疾病临床鉴别诊断中,可获得理想效果,能提升疾病的检测准确性。Objective To exploring the value of five biochemical tests of vaginal secretions in the clinical diagnosis of vaginal inflammatory diseases.Methods 240 gynecological examination patients in our center were selected as the research subjects,and samples of vaginal secretions were collected.Routine microscopic examination and five biochemical tests of vaginal secretions were performed separately.Compare the positive detection of fungi,trichomonas,white blood cells,clue cells,and lactobacilli between the two testing methods.Results The positive detection rates of fungi and trichomonas in the five biochemical tests were higher than those in conventional microscopy(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the positive detection rates of white blood cells,lactobacilli,and clue cells between the two test methods(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of five biochemical tests of vaginal secretions in clinical differential diagnosis of vaginal inflammatory diseases can achieve ideal results and improve the accuracy of disease detection.
