阴道分泌物六联检和白带常规镜检的诊断价值比较

摘　　要：目的比较阴道分泌物六联检与白带常规镜检的诊断价值。方法选取本院60名行阴道分泌物检测的体检人员为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各30名。对照组采用白带常规镜检,试验组采用阴道分泌物六联检,比较两种检测方法的诊断价值。结果试验组乳酸杆菌阳性检出率、念珠菌阳性检出率、阴道分泌物异常检出率高于对照组,滴虫阳性检出率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道分泌物六联检在乳酸杆菌、念珠菌及阴道分泌物异常检出方面具有较高的灵敏度,而白带常规镜检在滴虫检测上表现更为突出,临床应根据实际情况选择最合适的检测方法。Objective To compare the diagnostic value of vaginal discharge six tests with routine vaginal discharge microscopy.Methods Sixty physical examination personnel who underwent vaginal discharge testing in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 30 individuals in each group.The control group used routine vaginal discharge microscopy,while the experimental group used six tests for vaginal secretions to compare the diagnostic value of the two detection methods.Results The positive detection rates of lactobacillus,candida,and abnormal vaginal secretions in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,while the positive detection rates of trichomonas were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<o.o5).Conclusion The six linked test for vaginal secretions has high sensitivity in detecting lactobacilli,candida,and abnormal vaginal secretions,while the routine microscopic examination of vaginal discharge is more prominent in detecting trichomonas.The most suitable detection method should be selected according to the actual situation in clinical practice.
