茺蔚子、菟丝子对药合资生汤加减对肾虚血瘀型月经过少的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:通过临床病例观察评价茺蔚子、菟丝子对药合资生汤加减治疗肾虚血瘀型月经过少的临床疗效与安全性,为目前治疗月经量少的临床症状提供较好用方用药的诊疗补充。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年1月大荔县中医医院月经过少(肾虚血瘀证)患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组60例。试验组患者服用茺蔚子、菟丝子对药合资生汤加减,1剂/d,每次200 mL,从月经干净后开始服用,连续14 d;对照组患者服用定坤丹,2次/d,每次7 g,从月经干净后开始服用,连续14 d。治疗期叮嘱患者规律饮食,不过食寒凉生冷食物,心情保持舒畅,规律睡眠,少熬夜,不服用其他影响疗效的药物。观察两组患者3个周期后的效果。结果:试验组中痊愈12例,显效27例,有效17例,无效4例,总有效率93.33%;对照组中痊愈9例,显效16例,有效21例,无效14例,总有效率76.67%。茺蔚子、菟丝子对药合资生汤加减对于肾虚血瘀型月经过少的临床症状患者总体疗效更好。结论:通过本次临床观察,茺蔚子、菟丝子对药合资生汤加减对肾虚血瘀型月经过少,疗效确切,为临床治疗月经过少提供新的用药用方思路和经验。Objective Through clinical cases,the clinical efficacy and safety of Chongweizi and Tusizi in the treatment of renal deficiency and blood stasis oligomenorrhea were observed and evaluated,and the diagnosis and treatment supplement of prescription drugs was provided for the current treatment of clinical symptoms of oligomenorrhea.Methods A total of 120 patients with oligomenorrhea(renal deficiency and blood stasis)were enrolled,all from the Dali County Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group,and the experimental group took the addition and subtraction of the drug soup,one dose per day,200 mL each time,starting from the clean menstruation,for 14 consecutive days;The control group took Dingkundan 2 times a day,7 g each time,starting after clean menstruation,for 14 consecutive days.Both groups were observed after 3 cycles.During the treatment,patients were advised to eat regularly,but eat cold food,keep a comfortable mood,sleep regularly,stay up less late,and do not take other drugs that affect the efficacy.Results In the test group,12 cases were cured,27 cases were obvious,17 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.33%.In the control group,9 cases were cured,16 cases were effective,21 cases were effective,14 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 76.67%.The addition and subtraction of Chongweizi and Tusizi on drug joint Zisheng tang have a better overall effect on patients with clinical symptoms of renal deficiency and blood stasis,oligomenorrhea.Conclusions Through this clinical observation,the addition and subtraction of the Zisheng tang of Chongweizi and Tusizi on renal deficiency and blood stasis type oligomenorrhea have a definite curative effect,which provides new medication ideas and experience for the clinical treatment of oligomenorrhea.
