摘  要:目的:为了提高新生儿颅脑超声扫查效率,操作标准化,切面标准化,实现医技分离。方法:由微凸容积探头、超声收发前端、信号处理、后处理软件、显示器、控制面板等构成系统,通过微凸容积探头经过新生儿前囟以获取颅脑正在矢状面作为探头位置摆放的标准起始位置后,即可启动仪器中的“自动颅脑容积”功能,由超声主机驱动探头自动完成对整个颅脑容积数据的获取。结果:微凸阵容积探头与常规微凸阵探头获取颅脑标准切面的成功率一致或者接近;微凸阵容积探头获取颅脑标准切面的时间明显快于常规微凸阵探头。结论:微凸容积探头在获取新生儿颅脑标准切面的成功率与常规微凸探头基本一致的基础上,扫查效率明显高于常规微凸阵,且不受手法和经验影响,可实现医技分离。Objective:In order to improve the ultrasound scanning efficiency of neonatal brain,and standardize the operation flow and slicing.Methods:The system consists of a micro-convex volumetric probe,ultrasonic transceiver front end,signal processing,post-processing software,a monitor and a control panel.After scanning the neonatal anterior fontanelle to obtain the sagittal plane of the brain as the standard starting position of the probe placement,enable the“Automatic Brain Volume(ABV)”feature in the device,and the probe is driven by the ultrasound main unit to automatically acquire the entire brain volume data.Results:The success rates of the micro-convex array volumetric probe and the micro-convex probe for obtaining standard slices of the brain are the same.The time to acquire the standard slices of the brain by the micro-convex array volumetric probe is significantly faster than by the micro-convex probe.Conclusion:Based on the result that the success rates of the micro-convex array volumetric probe and the micro-convex probe for obtaining standard slices of the brain are the same,the scanning efficiency of the micro-convex array volumetric probe is significantly higher than that of the micro-convex probe,and the former is not affected by personal techniques and experience,so as to achieve the separation of medicine and technology.
