摘　　要：目的:探讨警示系统在灭菌生物监测中的应用与效果。方法:调查省内157家医院消毒供应中心执行灭菌生物监测的现状,选取其中35家医院,在其追溯系统软件中设置灭菌生物监测警示功能,并对警示功能应用前后生物监测的执行状况进行对比分析。结果:35家医院中有15家医院在未使用灭菌生物监测警示功能之前近2年有出现漏执行生物监测而事后补救的情况,共发生36次,使用警示功能之后2年内仅有1家医院出现1次同类情况。警示功能使用前后漏执行生物监测的医院占比由42.86%降低到2.86%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:优化并利用追溯系统功能,对灭菌生物监测起到提醒警示作用,能减少生物监测漏执行的发生概率,保证临床物品的及时供应和无菌物品的质量,保障医疗安全。Objective:To explore the application and effectiveness of early warning systems in sterilization biological monitoring.Methods:The present situation of sterilization biological monitoring in 157 hospital disinfection supply centers was investigated.35 cases of hospitals were randomly selected to set the sterilization biological monitoring and warning function in their traceability system software,and the implementation status of biological monitoring before and after the application of the warning function was compared and analyzed.Results:Among the 35 hospitals,15 hospitals failed to implement biological monitoring and remedied the situation after the implementation of biological monitoring nearly 2 years before the sterilization biological monitoring warning function was not used,a total of 36 times occurred,and only 1 hospital had one similar situation within 2 years after the use of the warning function.The proportion of hospitals that did not perform biological monitoring before and after using the warning function decreased from 42.86%to 2.86%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Optimize and utilize the function of the traceability system to remind and warn sterilization biological monitoring,reduce the occurrence rate of missed implementation of biological monitoring,ensure the timely supply of clinical articles and the quality of sterile articles,and ensure medical safety.
