摘　　要：概述当前各种影像学检查技术在肛瘘诊断中的应用价值,着重分析磁共振成像不同检查序列对肛瘘诊断的应用价值。磁共振成像软组织分辨率高,序列丰富,可以清楚地显示肛瘘相关病变的情况,为手术治疗方案的制定提供帮助,从而减少术后复发,改善患者的愈后情况。This paper overview of the application value of various imaging techniques in the diagnosis of anal fistula.Mainly analyzed the MRI different examination sequence application value for the diagnosis of anal fistula,MRI soft tissue resolution,rich sequence,can clearly show the anal fistula mouth,main fistula,branching fistula position,walk and the relationship with the anus,provide help for surgical planning,in order to reduce postoperative recurrence,improve the patient.
