摘  要:目的:探讨肺部超声对新生儿湿肺及呼吸窘迫综合征鉴别诊断的临床应用价值。方法:选取2019年1月~2020年1月本院接收的新生患儿60例为研究对象,对所有患儿实施肺部超声以及X射线胸片检查,比较两种检查方法对新生儿湿肺与呼吸窘迫综合征的检查效率、准确性。结果:比较检查后结果可知,采用肺部超声鉴别诊断,其结果对疾病敏感度、特异度与X射线胸片检查相差无几,组间差异不具备统计学意义(P>0.05),且肺部超声检查准确率显著高于X射线胸片检查准确率,组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对新生儿采用肺部超声检查,可有效诊断新生儿新生儿湿肺增快症以及呼吸窘迫综合征,提升诊断准确率,提高后续治疗方案制定效率,提升整体治疗效果。Objective:To explore the clinical application value of pulmonary ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of wet lung and respiratory distress syndrome in newborns.Methods:60 newborns who were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects.Pulmonary ultrasound and chest X-ray examinations were performed on all patients,and the efficiency and accuracy of the two examination methods for detecting wet lung and respiratory distress syndrome in newborns were compared.Results:After comparing the results of the examination,it can be seen that using lung ultrasound for differential diagnosis,the sensitivity and specificity of the disease are almost the same as chest X-ray examination,and there is no statistically significant difference between groups(P>0.05).In addition,the accuracy of lung ultrasound examination is significantly higher than that of chest X-ray examination,and there is a statistically significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:By using pulmonary ultrasound examination on newborns,it can effectively diagnose neonatal wet lung tachypnosis and respiratory distress syndrome,improve diagnostic accuracy,improve the efficiency of subsequent treatment plan formulation,and enhance overall treatment effectiveness.
