摘　　要：目的:探讨迈瑞CAL8000血液分析流水线联合血涂片镜检在血常规检验中的应用价值。方法:纳入2021年1月~2022年12月门诊与住院患者以及体检人员共120例血液样本为观察对象,所有标本通过迈瑞CAL 8000血液分析流水线进行初步检测,然后根据自动血细胞计数和白细胞分类计数复检规则,筛选出需要进一步血涂片镜检的标本。对标本进行血涂片染色和镜检。用于评价检验科血涂片复检规则的可行性和可靠性。结果:在120例标本中,通过血液分析流水线筛选出36例需要血涂片镜检的标本,复检率为30%。经过血涂片染色镜检后,发现其中12例标本存在异常细胞形态,占总复检标本的33.3%。迈瑞CAL8000血液分析流水线联合血涂片镜检能够更准确地发现异常细胞形态,提高了血常规检验的敏感性和准确性。结论:迈瑞CAL 8000血液分析流水线联合血涂片镜检在血常规检验中具有显著的应用价值。通过补充全自动血细胞分析仪的局限性,可以提高异常细胞形态的检出率,为临床诊断提供更可靠的依据。Objective:To explore the application value of Mindray CAL8000 blood analysis pipeline combined with blood smear microscopy in blood routine testing.Methods:A total of 120 blood samples from outpatient,inpatient,and physical examination personnel from January 2021 to December 2022 were included as the observation objects.All samples were preliminarily tested using the Mindray CAL 8000 blood analysis pipeline.Then,according to the automatic blood cell count and white blood cell classification count retest rules,samples that require further blood smear microscopy examination were screened.Perform blood smear staining and microscopic examination on the specimen.Used to evaluate the feasibility and reliability of blood smear retesting rules in the laboratory.Results:Out of 120 specimens,36 specimens requiring blood smear microscopy were screened through the blood analysis pipeline,with a retest rate of 30%.After microscopic examination of blood smear staining,abnormal cell morphology was found in 12 specimens,accounting for 33.3%of the total retested specimens.Compared with the control group during the same period,the Mindray CAL 8000 blood analysis pipeline combined with blood smear microscopy can more accurately detect abnormal cell morphology,improving the sensitivity and accuracy of blood routine testing.Conclusion:The combination of Mindray CAL 8000 blood analysis pipeline and blood smear microscopy has significant application value in blood routine testing.By supplementing the limitations of the fully automated blood cell analyzer,the detection rate of abnormal cell morphology can be improved,providing a more reliable basis for clinical diagnosis.
