摘　　要：目的:探讨初产妇应用导乐分娩镇痛仪联合分娩球对产程及母婴结局的影响。方法:收集2021年9月~2023年1月在本院进行分娩的初产妇190例为研究对象,随机法分为对照组、观察组各95例。观察组产妇接受导乐分娩镇痛仪联合分娩球干预,对照组产妇接受常规干预,对比两组产妇的产程情况、母婴结局及满意度差异。结果:观察组产妇第一产程、第二产程、第三产程、总产程均短于对照组;自然分娩率高于对照组,产后出血量少于对照组,新生儿Apgar评分值大于对照组;总满意率高于对照组,组间对比P<0.05。结论:初产妇应用导乐分娩镇痛仪联合分娩球,可促进产程进展并优化母婴分娩结局、提升满意度,是一种高效可行的产科干预模式。Objective:To investigate the effects of doula analgesic instrument combined with ball on the labor process and maternal and infant outcome in primipara.Methods:A total of 190 primiparas who gave birth in our hospital from September 2021 to January 2023 were collected as research objects.All enrolled patients were divided into control group and observation group with 95 cases in each group according to random number table method.The women in the control group received routine intervention for primiparas,and the women in the observation group received doula labor analgesia instrument combined with the labor ball intervention.The labor process,maternal and infant outcomes and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,the third stage of labor and the total stage of labor were shorter in the observation group than in the control group.The natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the postpartum blood loss was lower than that of the control group,and the Apgar score of the newborn was higher than that of the control group.The total satisfaction rate of maternal in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the above indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05 for comparison between groups.Conclusion:The application of doula labor analgesia instrument combined with the ball can promote the progress of labor,optimize the outcome of maternal and infant labor,and improve satisfaction,which is an efficient and feasible obstetric intervention mode.
