摘　　要：近年来,我国对公立医院改革的持续推进中,医院资源规划(HRP)信息化改革日益成为医改的核心环节。文章基于院长视角,结合铜陵市人民医院HRP系统建设经验,针对性剖析HRP系统建设重点,聚焦为医院构建“管理驾驶舱”,并提出关于HRP智慧运营赋能高质量发展的思考与建议。In recent years,in the continuous promotion of the reform of the public hospital,HRP information reform has become the core link of the health care reform.Based on the president’s perspective and Tongling People’s Hospital’s HRP system construction experience,this paper analyzes the key points of HRP system construction,focuses on building a“management cockpit”for the hospital,and puts forward thoughts and suggestions on enabling high-quality development of HRP intelligent operation.
