摘　　要：目的:探讨碎骨钻孔肌腱线捆绑联合克氏针内固定治疗对手指甲粗隆粉碎性开放性骨折患者的临床疗效。方法:选择2022年1月~2022年12月在本院接受治疗的60例手指甲粗隆粉碎性开放性骨折患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法,分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组根据传统方法处理碎骨块联合复位内固定治疗,观察组实施碎骨钻孔肌腱线捆绑联合克氏针内固定治疗。对两组患者治疗效果、手部功能(Jebsen Hand Function Test,JHFTJHFT评分)评分、手部外观、手部血液循环状态等进行观察和比较。结果:与对照组比较,观察组治疗有效率更高、观察组JHFT评分更高、观察组手部外观优良率更高、观察组手部血液循环优良率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手指甲粗隆粉碎性开放性骨折患者接受碎骨钻孔肌腱线捆绑联合克氏针内固定治疗,效果显著,有利于手部功能、外观的恢复。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of bone crushing burr hole and tendon wire binding combined with Kirschner wire internal fixation in the treatment of comminuted open fractures of the handnail tuberosity.Methods:60 patients with comminuted open fractures of the tuberosity of the fingernail who were treated in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group(n=30)by random number table method and the observation group(n=30).The control group was treated with traditional methods of bone fragments combined with reduction and internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with bone fragments drilled with tendon wire binding combined with Kirschner wire internal fixation.The treatment efficacy,Jebsen Hand Function Test(JHFT JHFT score)score,hand appearance,and hand blood circulation status were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment of comminuted open fracture of nail trochanter using bone fragmentation drilling and muscle thread binding combined with Kirschner wire internal fixation has a significant effect and is beneficial for the recovery of hand function and appearance.Conclusion:Patients with comminuted open fractures of the tuberosity of the fingernail were treated with burr hole tendon wire binding combined with Kirschner wire internal fixation.
