摘　　要：目的:分析子宫内膜息肉(endometrial polyp,EP)患者治疗中SONY LMD-1951MC宫腔镜下奥林巴斯WB91051c电刀切除术获得的临床疗效及安全性。方法:随机于2019年10月~2021年10月在医院妇科接受EP治疗的患者中抽取62例进行研究,根据手术方案的不同实现患者的分组,其中接受SONY LMD-1951MC宫腔镜下奥林巴斯WB91051c电刀切除术治疗的31例患者为研究组,接受刮宫术治疗的31例患者为参照组。结果:两组患者治疗效果、手术指标、住院时间、并发症发生情况均存在显著差异,P<0.05。术前两组患者月经量、子宫内膜厚度无明显差异,P>0.05;而术后6个月、12个月差异显著,P<0.05。结论:在EP患者治疗的过程中SONY LMD-1951MC宫腔镜下奥林巴斯WB91051c电刀切除术获得了较为理想的临床效果,安全性相对较高。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of SONY LMD-1951MC hysteroscopic electrocautery for endometrial polyp endometrial polyp.Methods:62 patients who underwent EP in a hospital gynecology department between October 2019 and October 2021 were randomly selected for the study and grouped according to the different implementation of their surgical protocols,the study group consisted of 31 patients who underwent SONY LMD-1951MC hysteroscopic WB91051c electrosurgical excision and the control group consisted of 31 patients who underwent curettage.Results:There were significant differences between the two groups in therapeutic effect,operative index,hospitalization time and complications,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in menstrual volume and endometrial thickness between the two groups before operation(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in 6 and 12 months after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion:The SONY LMD-1951MC hysteroscopic WB91051c electrocautery for the treatment of EP patients has achieved satisfactory clinical results and relatively high safety.
