摘　　要：目的:分析吞咽治疗仪对脑卒中偏瘫患者SSA评分、FIOS评分的影响。方法:选取2019年11月~2022年10月本院接收的脑卒中偏瘫伴吞咽障碍患者86例行前瞻性研究,以随机列表法进行分组,随机分配方案隐匿,所有患者分成对照组和研究组,每组各43例。对照组患者采用传统康复训练方案,研究组在传统康复训练的同时联合吞咽治疗仪治疗,治疗时于患者颈前舌骨附近位点放置电极片并进行固定,仪器参数:刺激频率50Hz,强度0~100mA,强度按耐受度随时改变,每次时间5s,时间间隔10s。治疗8周后评估两组患者的标准吞咽功能评定量表评分、功能性经口摄食量表评分、脑卒中专用生活质量量表评分和并发症情况。结果:对照组患者治疗后的SSA评分、并发症发生率均比研究组明显上升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者治疗后的FIOS评分、SS-QOL评分比研究组明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:吞咽治疗仪能辅助脑卒中偏瘫患者改善吞咽功能和经口摄食能力,减少并发症的风险,为患者的早期康复奠定基础。Objective:To analyze the effect of swallowing therapy instrument on SSA and FIOS of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:From November 2019 to October 2022,86 patients with stroke hemiplegia and dysphagia were selected for prospective study.They were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 43 cases in each group.Control group adopted the traditional rehabilitation training scheme,while study group was treated with traditional rehabilitation training with swallowing therapeutic instrument.Electrode tablets were placed and fixed near the neck hyoid bone.Frequency of instrument parameters was 50Hz,intensity was 0-100mA,intensity changing by tolerance,time was 5s and time interval was 10s.After 8 weeks of treatment,SSA,FIOS,SS-QOL and complications in two groups were evaluated.Results:After treatment,SSA and complications incidence in control group were significantly higher than those in study group(P<0.05).After treatment,FIOS and SS-QOL in control group were significantly lower than those in study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Swallowing therapeutic instrument can help stroke patients with hemiplegia to improve swallowing function and oral feeding ability,reduce the complications,and lay the foundation for early rehabilitation.
