摘　　要：目的:分析SysmexXN-1000全自动血细胞分析仪在体液白细胞检验中的应用。方法:选择在本院2022年1月~2022年12月进行体液白细胞检验的60例受检者,分析检验后的白细胞计数检出情况。结果:显微镜检和全自动血细胞分析仪两种检测方式在细胞计数50×106~1000×106/L以及细胞计数>1000×106/L诊断的对比差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),细胞计数1×106~50×106/L血细胞分析仪细胞计数高于显微镜检验(P<0.05)。结论:SysmexXN-1000全自动血细胞分析仪在白细胞的检验中检测效果较理想。Objective:To analyze the application of SysmexXN-1000 automatic blood cell analyzer in the detection of body fluid white blood cells.Methods:Select 60 patients who underwent body fluid white blood cell test in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022,and analyze the detection of white blood cell count after the test.Results:Microscopy and automatic blood cell analyzer there was no statistical difference between the two detection methods in the diagnosis of cell count of 50×106-1000×106/L and cell count of>1000×106/L(P>0.05),and the cell count of 1×106-50×106/L blood cell analyzer was higher than that of microscope(P<0.05).Conclusion:SysmexXN-1000 automatic blood cell analyzer has an ideal detection effect in the examination of white blood cells.
