摘　　要：随着医疗科技的快速发展,综合医院对于先进医疗设备的需求日益增长。本文旨在阐述综合医院医疗设备购置预算绩效管理的基本策略,以期为医院管理层提供有益的参考。With the rapid development of medical technology,the demand for advanced medical equipment in general hospitals is increasing.This paper aims to present the basic strategy of performance management of medical equipment purchase budget in general hospitals,in order to provide useful reference for hospital management.
