摘　　要：目的:探讨采用2种不同清洗方法对眼科手术器械的清洗效果,以提高眼科器械的清洗质量。方法:选择2021年5月~2022年4月眼科手术器械1172件采用预清洗+喷淋臂清洗机清洗作为对照组,2022年5月~2023年4月1188件眼科器械采用预清洗+医用真空清洗做为试验组。比较两组的器械清洗合格率、器械损坏率、镜检合格率、蛋白残留监测结果、医护满意度的差异。结果:与对照组比较,试验组清洗合格率比较高(P<0.05),试验组器械损坏率低(P<0.05),组间蛋白监测结果比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),消毒供应中心护士满意度和医生满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:选择医用真空清洗机清洗眼科器械,不仅提高了清洗合格率,减少器械的损坏率,也提高CSSD护士满意度和临床医生的满意度。Objective:To explore the cleaning effects of two different cleaning methods on ophthalmic surgical instruments,in order to improve the cleaning quality of ophthalmic instruments.Methods:From May 2021 to April 2022,1172 ophthalmic surgical instruments were selected as the control group by pre-cleaning+spray arm cleaning machine,and from May 2022 to April 2023,1188 ophthalmic instruments were selected as the test group by pre-cleaning+medical vacuum cleaning.The differences of the qualified rate of instrument cleaning,the damaged rate of instrument,the qualified rate of microscopic examination,the results of protein residue monitoring and the satisfaction of medical care were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the cleaning qualification rate of the experimental group was relatively high(P<0.05),the instrument damage rate of the experimental group was low(P<0.05),and the inter group protein monitoring results were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nurses and doctors in the disinfection supply center was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Choosing a medical vacuum cleaner to clean ophthalmic instruments not only improves the cleaning qualification rate and reduces the damage rate of instruments,but also increases the satisfaction of CSSD nurses and clinical doctors.
