摘　　要：GE SIGNA Pioneer3.0T磁共振成像系统是一种高端医疗设备,具有高分辨率、高对比度等优点,但在长时间使用过程中,设备也会出现各种故障。磁共振成像设备已经在临床医学上得到了广泛的应用,长期满负荷的使用导致磁共振设备故障发生率逐渐升高,对临床工程师迅速排除故障保障设备正常运行提出了更高的要求。本文以多例GE SIGNA Pioneer3.0T磁共振设备故障为例,分析了故障原因、维修过程和维护保养措施,旨在为类似设备的维修和保养提供参考并分享与广大临床工程师进行相互交流和学习,共同提高设备保障能力。GE SIGNA Pioneer 3.0 T magnetic resonance imagin system is a high-end medical device,which has the advantages of high resolution and high contrast.The use of magnetic resonance imagin devices has been widely used in clinical medicine.The long-term use of full-load devices has led to a gradual increase in the incidence of MRI device failure,it puts forward higher requirements for clinical engineers to quickly remove faults and ensure normal operation of equipment.In this paper,the causes,maintenance process and maintenance measures of the faults of GE SIGNA Pioneer 3.0 T magnetic resonance equipment are analyzed,to provide reference for the maintenance of similar equipment and share with the majority of clinical engineers to exchange and learn from each other to improve equipment support capacity.
