浅析医疗设备维修管理中PDCA方法的采用对设备管理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析医疗设备维修管理中戴明环(PDCA)方法的采用对设备管理质量的影响。方法:选取本院2021年1月~2021年12月设备科维修管理工作涉及的265台医疗设备作为观察对象,于2022年1月开始在医疗设备维修管理中采用PDCA法,对比实施前(2021年1月~2021年12月)、实施后(2022年1月~12月)的医疗设备运行效率、设备管理质量、设备维修管理效率。结果:与实施前相比,实施PDCA方法后设备开机率、设备运转率提高,设备故障率降低;实施PDCA方法后医疗设备质检合格率、状态表示悬挂率、日常巡检记录表填写率、保养记录表填写率、档案完整率显著提升;实施PDCA方法后故障维修率、维修响应时间、配件到货时间维修成本增幅均下降,服务满意度提高(P<0.05)。结论:医疗设备维修管理中实施PDCA方法可以提高设备运行效率、设备管理质量和设备维修管理效率。Objective:To analyze the impact of the adoption of the PDCA method in medical equipment maintenance management on the quality of equipment management.Methods:265 medical devices involved in the maintenance and management work of the Equipment Department of our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as observation objects.Starting from January 2022,the PDCA method was adopted in medical device maintenance and management,and the operational efficiency,equipment management quality,and equipment maintenance management efficiency of medical devices before implementation(January 2021 to December 2021)and after implementation(January to December 2022)were compared.Results:Compared with before implementation,after implementing the PDCA method,the equipment startup rate and equipment operation rate increased,while the equipment failure rate decreased;After implementing the PDCA method,the quality inspection qualification rate,status indication suspension rate,daily inspection record form filling rate,maintenance record form filling rate,and file integrity rate of medical equipment have significantly improved;After implementing the PDCA method,the increase in failure repair rate,repair response time,and repair cost of parts delivery time decreased,and service satisfaction increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of PDCA method in computerized maintenance management system of medical equipment can improve equipment operation efficiency,equipment management quality and equipment computerized maintenance management system efficiency.
