摘　　要：总结丛慧芳教授治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床经验。丛慧芳教授基于女性胞宫的生理独特性,认为胞宫为至阴之地以及地处北方的地域性,再结合疾病迁延难愈的特性,总结正虚邪恋是此病的关键病机,病位虽在胞宫,病机为冲任受损,但与五脏相因,切不可一味攻伐祛湿清热,认为“虚”和“瘀”是导致本病发生和经久不愈的关键因素。此时瘀血同时作为病理产物和继发病因,机体无力自主,缠绵痛苦势所必然。由此在治疗时以扶正祛邪为其根本治疗思路,唯清热除湿恐难取效,亦非独驱邪攻瘕以复其能,故丛慧芳教授在此基础上采取温散祛瘀之法,使正气匡扶,邪气可散,余症自瘥。To summarize professor CONG Huifang’s clinical experience in treating SPID.Based on the physiological uniqueness of the female uterus,professor CONG Huifang thinks that the uterus is the most yin place,and is located in the northern region,and combined with the characteristics that the disease is difficult to heal,it is concluded that the key pathogenesis of this disease is deficient vital-qi and lingering pathogenic-qi.Although the disease is located in the uterus,the pathogenesis is the damage of chong and ren,but it is related to the five internal organs.Can’t keep attacking,eliminating dampness and clearing heat.Professor CONG Huifang believes that“deficiency”and“stasis”are the key factors leading to the occurrence and prolonged healing of this disease.At this time,blood stasis is both a pathological product and a secondary cause,and it is inevitable that the body will be unable to be independent and lingering.Therefore,strengthening the body resistance and eliminating pathogenic factors is its fundamental treatment idea.It is impossible to achieve the effect only by clearing away heat and removing dampness,eliminating pathogenic factors and removing blood stasis.On this basis,professor CONG Huifang adopted the method of warming,dispersing and removing blood stasis,which made healthy qi strong and pathogenic factors dispersed,and other symptoms naturally recovered.
