普瑞巴林联合耳穴埋籽治疗痛性糖尿病神经病变的临床效果

摘　　要：目的评估普瑞巴林联合耳穴埋籽治疗痛性糖尿病神经病变(painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy,PDPN)的临床效果。方法选取2021年6月—2022年12月南京中医药大学附属连云港医院收治的72例PDPN患者,按随机数表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组36例。两组患者均给予基本治疗,对照组加普瑞巴林,治疗组加普瑞巴林联合耳穴埋籽治疗。比较两组治疗前后疼痛程度评分、神经病变程度评分、下肢神经传导速度及临床疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率优于对照组(83.33%vs 72.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组疼痛程度评分、神经病变程度评分较治疗前下降,且治疗组下降更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。感觉、运动神经传导速度较治疗前均有提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗后组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于PDN患者,普瑞巴林联合耳穴埋籽,可明显缓解神经疼痛不适,效果显著。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of pregabalin combined with auricular seed embedding in the treatment of painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy(PDPN).Methods A total of 72 patients with PDPN admitted to Li-anyungang Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to December 2022 were se-lected and divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given basic treatment,control group plus pregabalin,treatment group plus pregabalin combined with auricular point seeding treatment.The pain degree score,neuropathy degree score,lower limb nerve conduction velocity and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(83.33%vs 72.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain degree score and neu-ropathy degree score of the two groups were decreased compared with that before treatment,and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Sensory nerve conduc-tion velocity and motor nerve conduction velocity were increased compared with that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between groups after treat-ment(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with PDPN,pregabalin combined with auricular seed embedding can signifi-cantly alleviate the discomfort of nerve pain,and the effect is remarkable.
