留守老年糖尿病患者低血糖恐惧感现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查我市留守老年糖尿病患者低血糖恐惧感(fear of Hypoglycemia,FOH)现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法选择2020年1月—2021年12月在青州市人民医院慢病服务中心的224例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、中文版低血糖忧虑量表对其进行调查。结果本研究中224例留守老年糖尿病患者FOH得分为(19.29±8.12)分,留守老年糖尿病患者的FOH相比普通老年糖尿病患者处于较高的水平。Logictic回归分析显示,留守时间、低血糖频次、低血糖严重程度、居住地是留守老年糖尿病患者FOH得分偏高的影响因素。结论留守老年糖尿病患者对低血糖有很强的恐惧感。本研究可以提示临床在进行治疗时需要格外留意糖尿病患者的留守时间,低血糖发生的频次,低血糖的严重程度和居住情况,并根据上述影响FOH的因素制订对策,保证老年糖尿病患者的健康。Objective To investigate the current situation of fear of hypoglycemia(FOH)in left-behind elderly dia-betic patients in the city and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 224 elderly diabetic patients in Chronic Illness Service Center of Qingzhou People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected by convenience sampling method.General data questionnaire and Chinese version of hypoglycemia worry scale were used to investigate them.Results In this study,the FOH score of 224 left-behind elderly diabetic patients was(19.29±8.12)points,and the FOH of left-behind elderly diabetic patients was at a higher level than that of ordinary elderly diabetic patients.Logictic regression analysis showed that left-behind time,frequency of hypoglycemia,severity of hy-poglycemia and place of residence were the influencing factors for the high FOH score of left-behind elderly diabetic patients.Conclusion Left-behind elderly diabetic patients have a strong fear of hypoglycemia.This study can suggest that in clinical treatment,it is necessary to pay special attention to the left-behind time of diabetic patients,the fre-quency of hypoglycemia,the severity of hypoglycemia and residence conditions,and formulate countermeasures ac-cording to the above factors affecting FOH to ensure the health of elderly diabetic patients.
