达格列净联合德谷胰岛素对2型糖尿病的治疗及效果评估分析

摘　　要：目的分析在2型糖尿病治疗中应用达格列净联合德谷胰岛素的疗效。方法选取2021年1月—2023年5月滨州市中心医院收治的70例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照随机摸球法分组,每组35例。参比组采用达格列净治疗,研究组实施达格列净联合德谷胰岛素治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、血糖水平、胰岛功能、不良反应。结果研究组治疗有效率为97.14%,高于参比组的82.86%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.968,P=0.046)。治疗后,研究组血糖水平优于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组胰岛功能优于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病治疗中应用达格列净联合德谷胰岛素,可以提高治疗效果,改善血糖水平和胰岛功能,并且不会增加不良反应,存在突出的有效性和安全性。Objective To observe the efficacy of the application of dapagliflozin combined with insulin degludec from Degu in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 70 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admit-ted to Binzhou Central Hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random ball touching method,with 35 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with dapagliflozin,and the study group was treated with dapagliflozin combined with insulin de-gludec.The therapeutic effect,blood glucose level,islet function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.14%,which was higher than that in the reference group(82.86%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.968,P=0.046).After treatment,the blood glucose levels in the study group were better than those in the reference group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).The pancreatic function of the study group was better than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of dapagliflozin combined with insu-lin degludec in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus can improve the therapeutic effect,blood glucose level and pancreatic islet function,and it does not increase the adverse reactions,and there exists outstanding effectiveness and safety.
