摘 要:目的探讨对糖尿病患者实施健康教育和心理护理的应用价值。方法选取2021年5月—2022年5月青岛市胶州中心医院收治的100名糖尿病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,将纳入的患者按照护理实施方法的不同,分为对照组(n=52)和观察组(n=48)。对照组接受常规的基础护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行健康教育和心理护理,并对两组干预前后的空腹血糖水平、餐后血糖水平、治疗依从性和护理满意度进行对比。结果干预后,两组的血糖值均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组依从性、满意度指标水平均较高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者进行健康教育和心理干预,可有效地改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,并使其对糖尿病的认知水平有明显的提高,具有一定的参考价值。Objective To explore the application value of health education and psychological nursing for patients with diabetes.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with diabetes from May 2021 to May 2022 in Qingdao Jiaozhou Central Hospital were retrospectively analyzed,according to different nursing implementation method,they were di-vided into the control group(n=52)and observation group(n=48).The control group accepted routine basic nursing,the observation group accepted health education and psychological nursing on the basis of the control group,and the fasting blood glucose level,postprandial blood glucose level and treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Results After the intervention,the blood glucose values of the two groups decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance and satisfaction index levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education and psychological intervention can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients with diabetes,and improve their cognitive level of diabetes,which has certain reference value.
