摘 要:目的观察对初诊老年2型糖尿病胰岛素注射患者采用互动式健康教育的实施效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年6月江苏省宜兴市第二人民医院收治80例初诊老年2型糖尿病胰岛素注射患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法将所有患者分为基础组和互动组,每组40例。基础组采用常规健康教育,互动组采用互动式健康教育,比较干预前后两组患者心理健康水平、生存质量评分、胰岛素注射依从性。结果干预前,两组患者心理健康水平、生存质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,互动组患者焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)(40.87±0.03)分、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression scale,SDS)(40.21±0.77)分低于基础组,差异有统计学意义(t=32.332、44.697,P<0.05);互动组生存质量评分低于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);互动组患者胰岛素使用依从性高于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对初诊老年2型糖尿病患者采用互动式健康教育,可改善患者心理健康水平,促进患者生存质量和胰岛素使用依从性的提升。Objective To observe the effect of interactive health education on newly diagnosed elderly patients with type 2 diabetes with insulin injection.Methods A total of 80 newly diagnosed elderly patients with insulin injection of type 2 diabetes admitted to the Yixing Second People's Hospital,Jiangsu Province from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.All patients were divided into basic group and interactive group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The basic group received routine health education,and the interactive group received interactive health education.The mental health level,quality of life score and insulin injection compli-ance of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results Before intervention,there was no sta-tistically significant difference in mental health level and quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)(40.87±0.03)points and Self-rating Depression scale(SDS)(40.21±0.77)points in the interactive group were lower than those in the basic group,the difference was statisti-cally significant(t=32.332,44.697,P<0.05).The quality of life score of the interactive group was lower than that of the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The insulin compliance in the interaction group was higher than that in the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of interactive health education for newly diagnosed elderly patients with type 2 diabetes can improve their mental health,improve their quality of life and improve their insulin compliance,and is worthy of application.
