摘　　要：目的探究胰激肽原酶注射液对糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法选取2021年1月—2022年8月福建省泉州市惠安县医院神经内科收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者80例为研究对象,用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组(40例)采用硫辛酸注射液治疗,观察组(40例)采用胰激肽原酶注射液治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状、神经功能、炎性因子变化及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗后的相关临床症状评分均低于治疗前,且低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的多伦多临床评分系统(Toronto Clinical Scoring System,TCSS)均低于对照组和治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的白介素-6、C反应蛋白和降钙素原水平均低于治疗前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病周围神经病变用胰激肽原酶治疗有较好效果,有利于改善临床症状、神经功能和炎性因子水平,且安全可靠。Objective To explore the clinical effect of pancreatic kallidinogenase injection on diabetic peripheral neu-ropathy.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to the Department of Neurology of Hu'an County Hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method.The control group(40 cases)was treated with lipoic acid injection,and the observation group(40 cases)was treated with pancreatic kallidi-nogenase injection.The clinical symptoms,nerve function and inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Results The scores of relevant clinical symptoms in the observation group after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The To-ronto Clinical Scoring System(TCSS)of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group and before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average levels of interleukin-6,C-reactive protein and raw calcitonin in observation group after treatment were lower than those before treatment and control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the safety of the two drug regi-ments,there was no statistically significant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with pancreatic kallidinogenase has a good effect,which is conducive to reducing blood glucose value,improving nerve function and inflammatory factor level of patients,and is safe and reliable.
