2021—2022年县级医疗机构消毒效果监测分析与对策

摘　　要：目的分析县级医疗机构消毒效果监测情况,并提出对应的优化对策。方法对2021—2022年泰宁县3家县级医疗机构(总医院、中医药、妇幼保健院)的消毒效果、灭菌效果实施细菌学监测,评估其监测效果,提出对应的优化对策。结果2022年县中医院消毒合格率高于2021年(P<0.05);2022年物体表面消毒合格率高于2021年(P<0.05);2022年县级医疗机构消毒总合格率高于2021年(P<0.05)。2021—2022年县总医院、妇幼保健院消毒效果监测对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在县级医疗机构使用中消毒液(消毒用)、使用中消毒液(灭菌用)、外科手消毒、卫生手消毒、灭菌(无菌)物品、室内空气、腹腔镜、纤维支气管镜、内镜、支气管镜、反渗水、透析液/透析水消毒合格率方面,2021年与2022年对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2021年物体表面消毒合格率高于2021年(P<0.05)。2021年监测样本数为2652份,合格率为99.21%;2022年监测样本数为2433份,合格率为99.79%。结论2021~2022年县级医疗机构消毒效果整体呈上升趋势,但仍有不足,建议定期开展医护人员消毒灭菌相关专项培训、完善消毒管理制度、增加消毒质量监督。Objective To analyze the monitoring of disinfection effect in county-level medical institutions and to propose corresponding optimization countermeasures.Methods Implementation of bacteriological monitoring of disinfection effect and sterilization effect in three county-level medical institutions in Taining County(General Hospital,Traditional Chinese Medicine,and Maternal and Child Healthcare Hospital)from January 2021 to December 2022,assessing their monitoring effect and proposing corresponding optimization countermeasures.Results In 2022,the disinfection pass rate of the county hospital was higher than that in 2021(P<0.05);the object surface disinfection pass rate in 2022 was higher than that in 2021(P<0.05);the total disinfection pass rate of the county-level healthcare institutions in 2022 was higher than that in 2021(P<0.05).The difference in the comparison of disinfection effect monitoring of the county general hospital and the maternal and child healthcare hospitals in 2021 to 2022 was not statistically significant(P>0.05);in terms of disinfectant-in-use(for disinfection),disinfectant-in-use(for sterilization),surgical hand disinfection,hygienic hand disinfection,sterilized(aseptic)items,indoor air,laparoscopy,fibreoptic bronchoscopes,endoscopes,bronchoscopes,reverse osmosis water,and dialysate/dialysate disinfection qualification rate of the county healthcare institutions,the difference in comparison of 2021 to 2022 was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2021 object surface disinfection pass rate is higher than 2021(P<0.05).2021 monitoring sample number is 2652,pass rate is 99.21%;2022 monitoring sample number is 2433,pass rate is 99.79%.Conclusions The overall disinfection effect of county-level medical institutions shows an upward trend from 2021 to 2022,but there are still deficiencies.It is recommended that special training related to disinfection and sterilization for medical personnel be carried out on a regular basis,the disinfection management system be improved,and the quality of disinfe
