整体优质护理服务在小儿急性肠套叠围手术期的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨整体优质护理服务在小儿急性肠套叠围手术期的应用效果。方法选取2022年4月至2023年4月莆田市第一医院收治的50例急性肠套叠患儿,采用随机数字表法分组,每组25例,参照组围手术期实施常规护理,研究组围手术期开展整体优质护理。对比两组患儿住院时间、治疗费用、并发症及生活质量。结果研究组住院时间短于参照组[(7.85±1.43)d vs.(9.24±1.51)d,P=0.002],住院费用低于参照组[(1.47±0.41)万元vs.(1.79±0.57)万元,P=0.027]。研究组与参照组住院并发症发生率对比无统计学差异(4.0%vs.16.0%,P=0.346)。研究组护理后生活质量评分高于参照组[(82.47±4.41)分vs.(78.09±4.07)分,P=0.001]。结论小儿急性肠套叠围手术期应用整体优质护理服务,可缩短患儿住院时间,降低住院费用,提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of overall high-quality nursing service in the perioperative period of pediatric acute intussusception.Methods Selected 50 cases of acute intussusception children admitted to Putian First Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023,grouped by randomized numerical table method,25 cases in each group,the reference group perioperative implementation of conventional care,the study group perioperative development of overall quality care.Compare the hospitalization time,treatment cost,complications and quality of life of the children in the two groups.Results The hospitalization time of the study group was shorter than that of the reference group[(7.85±1.43)d vs.(9.24±1.51)d,P=0.002],and the hospitalization cost was lower than that of the reference group[(14.7±4.1)vs.(17.9±5.7)thousand yuan,P=0.027].There was no statistical difference in the comparison of hospitalization complication rates between the study group and the reference group(4.0%vs.16.0%,P=0.346).The quality of life score after care in the study group was higher than that in the reference group[(82.47±4.41)vs.(78.09±4.07),P=0.001].Conclusions The application of holistic quality nursing service during the perioperative period of pediatric acute intussusception can shorten the hospitalization time of the children,reduce the hospitalization cost and improve their quality of life.
