人文关怀在腹腔镜下小儿疝气手术护理中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨人文关怀在腹腔镜下小儿疝气手术护理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年6月至2023年5月泉州市第一医院收治的110例疝气患儿为研究对象,以抽签法随机分成两组,各55例。两组患儿均行腹腔镜手术治疗,围手术期间对照组行常规护理,观察组行人文关怀护理。比较两组患儿手术基本情况、手术并发症、术后疼痛、家属满意度。结果观察组患儿下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组感染、出血、尿潴留等并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后2 h、术后6 h、术后12 h、术后24 h观察组患儿FPS-R评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀护理在腹腔镜下小儿疝气围手术期的护理中取得良好应用效果,不仅能够促进患儿康复,还能降低并发症风险,减轻患儿术后疼痛。Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care in laparoscopic pediatric hernia surgery nursing.Methods A total of 110 children with hernia admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital from June 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a lottery method,with 55 cases in each group.Both groups of children underwent laparoscopic surgery,while the control group received routine care during the perioperative period,while the observation group received humanistic care.Compare the basic surgical situation,surgical complications,postoperative pain,and family satisfaction between the two groups of children.Results The time of getting out of bed and hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of infection,bleeding,urinary retention and other complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The FPS-R scores of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 2 hours,6 hours,12 hours,and 24 hours after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusions Humanistic care has achieved good results in the perioperative care of pediatric hernia under laparoscopy,which not only promotes the recovery of the child,but also reduce the risk of complications and reduces postoperative pain.
