刺络拔罐法治疗抑郁症的疗效

摘　　要：目的探究刺络拔罐法治疗抑郁症的疗效。方法纳入2021年10月至2022年10月黑龙江省中医药科学院门诊收治的轻中度抑郁症患者60例,随机分为刺络拔罐组和西药组,每组30例。刺络拔罐组用三棱针点刺后予以拔罐放血,西药组予以盐酸氟西汀胶囊,共治疗4周。比较两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表-17项(HAMD-17)评分和抑郁程度分级,通过HAMD-17评分的减分率进行疗效对比。结果治疗2周,两组HAMD-17评分、抑郁程度分级均较治疗前降低,但两组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周,两组HAMD-17评分和抑郁程度分级均较治疗2周降低,且刺络拔罐组HAMD-17评分和抑郁程度分级均低于西药组(P<0.05)。刺络拔罐组疗效优于西药组(P<0.05)。结论采取刺络拔罐治疗抑郁症,能够有效改善患者的抑郁状态,缓解气机郁结的症状,临床疗效优于西药。Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of stabbing and cupping method in treating depression.Methods A total of 60 patients with mild-to-moderate depression admitted to the outpatient clinic of Heilongjiang Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to October 2022 were included,and randomly divided into the acupuncture and cupping group and the western medicine group,with 30 cases in each group.The group was treated with cupping and bloodletting after puncturing with three-pronged needles,and the western medicine group was treated withfluoxetine hydrochloride capsules for 4 weeks.The Hamilton Depression Scale-17(HAMD-17)scores and depression degree grading were compared between the two groups,and the efficacy was compared by the reduction rate of HAMD-17 scores.Results In 2 weeks of treatment,the HAMD-17 score and depression level grading of both groups were lower than that before treatment,but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);in 4 weeks of treatment,the HAMD-17 score and depression level grading of both groups were lower than that in 2 weeks of treatment,and the HAMD-17 score and depression level grading of the piercing and cupping group were lower than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the acupuncture and cupping group was better than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment of depression by cupping and cupping can effectively improve the depression state of patients,relieve the symptoms of qi stagnation,and the clinical efficacy is better than that of western medicine.
