综合式康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者康复效果及日常生活活动能力的影响

摘　　要：目的分析为脑卒中偏瘫患者提供综合式康复护理的效果。方法选取100例脑卒中偏瘫患者,均为我院2021年1月至2022年12月所收治,按照护理方法的不同分成两组,对照组与研究组各50例。对照组患者选择常规护理模式干预,而研究组则在常规护理干预的基础上,接受综合式康复护理。比较两组的康复效果、下肢徒手肌力检查(MMT)评分、上肢MMT评分、日常生活活动能力。结果研究组护理后的康复效果高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理后的下肢MMT评分、上肢MMT评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理后的ADL评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为脑卒中偏瘫患者提供综合式康复护理干预能取得显著的康复效果,提升患者偏瘫肌力及日常生活活动能力。Objective To analyze the role of providing comprehensive rehabilitation care for stroke hemiplegia patients.Methods A tatol of 100 stroke hemiplegic patients were selected,all admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022.According to different nursing methods,all patients were divided into two groups,with 50 patients in the control group and 50 patients in the study group;The control group patients chose routine nursing intervention,while the research group received comprehensive rehabilitation care on the basis of routine nursing intervention;Compare the rehabilitation effects,lower limb MMT scores,upper limb MMT scores,and daily living activities between the two groups.Results The rehabilitation effect of the study group after nursing was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The lower limb MMT score and upper limb MMT score of the study group after nursing were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The ADL scores of the study group after nursing were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Providing comprehensive rehabilitation nursing interventions for stroke patients with hemiplegia can achieve significant rehabilitation effects,improve their hemiplegic muscle strength and daily living activities.
