优质护理在妊娠合并心力衰竭患者剖宫产术围手术期的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究优质护理在妊娠合并心力衰竭患者剖宫产术围手术期的应用价值。方法选取2020年3月至2022年1月泉州市第一医院收治的92例妊娠合并心力衰竭患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各46例,对照组常规护理,观察组优质护理,观察两组不良事件发生率、HAMA、HAMD评分、新生儿Apgar评分、生活质量评分、疼痛评分。结果干预后,相较对照组,观察组不良事件发生率、HAMA、HAMD评分、疼痛评分更低,患者生活质量评分更高、新生儿Apgar评分更高(P均<0.05)。结论优质护理在妊娠合并心力衰竭患者剖宫产术围手术期的应用价值较高,可有效缓解患者负面情绪,减少并发症发生,提高患者的生活质量水平。Objective To study the application value of high-quality nursing in the perioperative period of cesarean section in pregnant patients with heart failure.Methods A total of 92 pregnant patients with heart failure were selected and divided into control group,observation group with 46 cases,control group with routine nursing and observation group with quality nursing.The incidence of adverse events,HAMA,HAMD score,newborn score,quality of life score and pain score of the two groups were observed according to random number table method.Results After the intervention,compared with the control group,the observation group had a lower incidence of adverse events,HAMA,HAMD scores,pain scores,higher patient quality of life scores,and higher neonatal Apgar scores(all P<0.05).Conclusions The application value of high-quality nursing in the perioperative period of cesarean section in pregnant patients with heart failure is high,which can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worth clinical reference and promotion.
