摘　　要：湿地公园的管理评估是推动湿地公园有效管理的重要手段。文章从成都市湿地公园管理的现状出发,按照“投入—产出”的思路,通过专家咨询法、层次分析法构建5个评估要素和13个评估指标的湿地绩效管理评估体系。以新津白鹤滩国家湿地公园进行实例验证,结果表明:新津白鹤滩湿地公园的综合评分为81.5分,投入—产出比接近1:1,表明其投入和产出之间总体处在平衡状态;湿地公园管理主要存在专职人员科研人员比例偏低、社区建设有待加强以及自养能力有待提升等问题。该评估结果与实际情况较为符合,说明该评估体系具有较好的实用性。建议新津白鹤滩国家湿地公园加强相关能力建设和社区建设,促进区域可持续发展。The management evaluation of wetland parks is an important means to promote effective management of wetland parks.Starting from the actual situation of wetland park management in Chengdu,this paper forms a wetland performance management evaluation system with 5 evaluation elements and 13 evaluation indicators through expert consultation method and analytic hierarchy method according to the idea of"input-output".Sichuan Xinjin Baihetan national wetland park was selected for verification case study.The evaluation results showed that the park's overall score was 81.5 points.The inputoutput ratio is close to 1:1,indicating that there is an overall balance between input and output in the park.Further analysis shows that the management of wetland parks mainly faces problems such as low proportion of full-time personnel and scientific research personnel,community construction to be strengthened,and self-support ability to be improved.The evaluation results are more consistent with the actual situation,indicating that the evaluation system has good practicability.It is recommended that Xinjin Baihetan national wetland park strengthen relevant capacity building and community construction to promote regional sustainable development.
