摘  要:府河是白洋淀3条常年有水的入淀河流之一,主要承接上游污水处理厂尾水,水质较差且存在一定的淤积,严重威胁白洋淀水质安全。府河综合治理工程通过河道疏通、垃圾清运处置、底泥清淤、生态修复和物联网工程等进行河道的综合生态治理。底泥清淤削减COD 2.47 t和NH_(3)-N 0.60 t,NH_(3)-N、TN和TP的释放量分别减少0.69 t/a、8.3 t/a和0.75 t/a;生态修复削减COD 17.30 t/a、NH_(3)-N 1.38 t/a和TP 0.35 t/a。工程实施后,有效提高了河流水动力条件与水体自净能力,河道生态环境得到明显改善,为类似入淀(湖)河流的治理提供参考。Fuhe River is one of the three rivers with water flowing into Baiyangdian Lake,mainly receiving the tail water from sewage treatment plant.The water quality was poor and the sediment was accumulated to some extent,imposing a serious threat to the water quality safety of the lake.The integrated Fuhe River treatment project cleared the water way through integrated treatments including river dredging,garbage clearance and treatment,sediment dredging,ecological restoration,and application of the internet of things.The sediment dredging reduced COD and NH_(3)-N by 2.47 t and 0.60 t respectively,cut NH_(3)-N,TN and TP emissions by 0.69 t/a,8.3 t/a and 0.75 t/a respectively.The ecological restoration reduced COD,NH_(3)-N and TP by 17.30 t/a,0.69 t/a and 0.28 t/a respectively.Then implementation of the integrated treatment project not only improved the hydrodynamic conditions and the self water-purification ability,but also improved the ecological environment of the river,providing a good reference for the management of similar rivers.
