摘 要:衬布生产工艺在浆点加工过程中,特别注重剥离强度的提高。普遍采用的方法是提高涂粉量,继而提升总克重,实现剥离强度的提高,并保持反渗参数的不超标,但这种方法使剥离强度达到一个极限值后就不能再提高。从多个因素维度分析衬布剥离强度的提高方法,进而找到最有效且稳定的提高路径。根据试验数据得到:改善内刮刀的使用方法及调整适当的车速和温度,可以明显改善衬布整体的剥离强度水平值。It was paid special attention to the improvement of bonding strength during the process of pulp point in the interliningproduction process.The commonly adopted method was to increase the amount of powder coating followed by the total weight,so asto increase the bonding strength and keep the reverse osmosis parameters within the standard.However,this method made the bonding strength unable to increase after it reached a limit value.The methods of improving the bonding strength of lining fabrics frormmultiple factors and dimensions were analyzed,so as to find the most effective and stable improvement path.According to experimental data,improving the use of the inner scraper and adjusting the appropriate speed and temperature could significantly improve the overall bonding strength level of the lining cloth.
