摘 要:为了探求更加快捷、简便、量化评估夏芝麻早代杂交组合的方法,提高育种工作效率,采用2019年25份夏芝麻F_(1)代杂交组合的试验资料,应用灰色接近度、灰色综合评判、同异分析和DTOPSIS综合评估方法,对各杂交组合的12个性状指标进行了综合分析。结果表明,4种综合评估方法各有千秋,但在统一理想性状指标、无量纲化处理方法和各性状权重值的基础上,计算结果的排序值却基本一致。据相关分析,4种综合评估方法与单株产量排序值秩相关系数均达极显著正相关,这表明4种综合评估方法都能充分利用评估性状的全部信息,更能真实反映各杂交组合的优劣表现。根据4种综合评估方法计算的估计值大小,试验地面积和物力人力等情况,进行杂交组合等级划分,既能给F_(2)以后各世代的选择提供前瞻性估计,又能充分利用有限资源,尽早集中精力对重点组合的筛选,提高杂交组合利用率。在4种综合评估方法中,以同异分析法与其它评估方法的秩相关系数为最大,区分度和准确度都较高,计算最为简单快捷,可择优选用。In order to enhance breeding efficiency,this study explores a rapid and quantitative approach for evaluating the early-generation hybrid combinations of summer sesame.After analyzing data from 25 summer sesame F_(1)hybrid combinations in 2019,we comprehensively assessed 12 characters indexed using grey proximity,grey comprehensive evaluation,identical and different analysis and DTOPSIS comprehensive evaluation methods.The results showed that each evaluation method had its advantages,their rankings converged when ideal character indexes,dimensionless treatment,and weighted values were considered.The correlation analysis showed strong positive relationships between these methods and plant yield rankings,indicating their ability to effectively utilize all character information and accurately reflect hybrid performance.Classifying hybrid combinations based on estimated values generated by these methods,along with consideration of site,material,and manpower resources,provide forward-looking estimates for F_(2)generation selection and efficient resource allocation.Among the four evaluation methods,identical and different analysis demonstrated the highest rank correlation coefficient,superior differentiation,accuracy,simplicity,and speed,making it a preferred choice..
