摘  要:为提高‘小果甜柿’组培苗移栽成活率,实现其组培营养杯苗的工厂化生产。本研究从炼苗时长、根系有无、叶片形状、移栽基质配比共四个方面来探索适合‘小果甜柿’组培苗炼苗及移栽的关键技术。结果表明,适宜‘小果甜柿’组培苗炼苗时长为14d;有无根系对其生根苗移栽成活率影响较大,有根时移栽成活率高达73.3%,而无根时仅为21.7%;生根苗叶片形状对其移栽成活率也有不同影响,圆叶的生根苗移栽成活率为76.7%,细叶的为41.7%;适宜‘小果甜柿’组培苗的移栽基质为进口泥炭土70%+珍珠岩30%的配比组合,移栽成活率为76.7%。本研究初步总结了‘小果甜柿’组培苗炼苗及移栽的关键技术,为其组培营养杯苗的工厂化生产提供参考依据。In order to improve the survival rate of tissue culture plantlet of‘Xiaoguo Tianshi’and realize the industrialized production of its tissue culture nutrition cup plantlet,in this study,the key techniques for‘Xiaoguo Tianshi’were explored from four aspects of length of time for training seedlings,the presence or absence of roots,the shape of leaves and the ratio of transplanting substrates.The results showed that the suitable time for the‘Xiaoguo Tianshi’plantlet was 14 days.The root system had a great effect on the survival rate of the rooting seedlings,the survival rate of transplanting was 73.3%with roots,but only 21.7%when there was no roots.The leaf shape of rooting seedlings also had different effects on their transplanting survival rate,the survival rate of rooting seedlings with round leaf was 76.7%,and that with fine leaf of 41.7%.The best transplanting medium for‘Xiaoguo Tianshi’was 70%imported peat soil+30%perlite,and the survival rate was 76.7%.In this study,the key techniques for tissue culture refining seedling and transplanting of‘Xiaoguo Tianshi’were summarized,which could provide a reference for the industrial production of tissue culture and nutrition cup seedlings.
