长江经济带上中下游三大区域经济发展不平衡成因分析

摘　　要：长江经济带覆盖我国11个省市,其区域协调发展是地区经济高效运行的重要基础,因此研究长江经济带上中下游三大区域发展不平衡程度及原因,对长江经济带区域协调发展具有重要意义.选取长江经济带上中下游地区共12个城市,分析2008—2019年相关数据,运用人口加权变异系数法对长江经济带上中下游区域协调发展情况进行研究.结果表明,空间和产业的不平衡性是导致长江经济带区域发展不平衡的主要原因.进一步使用系统聚类分析法研究长江经济带不同时期产业的发展特征,发现农业在2012年表现出其独特的基础性;交通运输、仓储及邮政产业在2016年异军突起;住宿餐饮行业在2019年呈现下滑趋势.The Yangtze River economic belt covers 11 provinces and cities in China,and its regional coordinated development is an important basis for the efficient operation of regional economy.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the degree and causes of regional coordination imbalance in the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River economic belt.This paper selects 12 cities in the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River economic belt,analyzes the relevant data from 2008 to 2019,and studies the coordinated development of the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River economic belt by using the population weighted coefficient of variation method.The results show that the imbalance of space and industry in the three regions of the Yangtze River economic belt is the main reason for the imbalance of regional development.Further using the system cluster analysis method to study the industrial development characteristics of the Yangtze River Economic Belt in different periods,it is found that agriculture showed its unique foundation in 2012;the transportation,storage and postal industries sprung up in 2016;the accommodation and catering industry showed a downward trend in 2019.
