摘  要:在竞赛思政作为提高人才培养质量的内在要求的新时代背景下,对化工的学科竞赛是高等教育化工学科人才培养的重要形式。该文旨在探索有效融合竞赛人才培养与思政教育的途径,以培养具备崇高职业精神和政治素养的人才。采用以思政为核心指导思想的教育理念,将竞赛作为学生实践能力和创新思维培养的平台。通过组织化工学科竞赛,引导学生培养设计规划和创造思维等能力。同时,竞赛也被视为教师进行思政教育的主战场,培养出新一代应用型、复合型和创新型的人才,从而达到以学生为中心并不断改进的人才培养目标。因此,这种培养模式不仅提高学生的专业能力和创新思维,还体现创新创业和学科竞赛背后的思想政治建设价值。In the context of the new era,where"competition and politics"are inherent requirements for improving the quality of talent cultivation,disciplinary competitions in chemical engineering play a crucial role in higher education.This paper aims to explore effective integration of competition-based talent training and political education to cultivate professionals with high professionalism and political literacy.It adopts the educational concept of thinking and politics as the core guiding ideology,utilizing competitions as platforms for students'practical ability and innovative thinking development.Through the organization of chemical engineering discipline competitions,students are guided to develop skills such as design planning and creative thinking.At the same time,competitions are also seen as the main battleground for teachers to carry out ideological education and foster a new generation of applied,versatile,and innovative talents,thus achieving the goal of student-centered continuous improvement in talent training.Therefore,this training model not only enhances students'professional competence and innovative thinking but also reflects the values of ideological and political construction behind innovation,entrepreneurship,and disciplinary competitions.
