摘  要:设计一种结构简单、体积小、质量轻、单人即可完成的手提式烟草剪叶机,建立主运动机构的三维模型,再利用ANSYS对模型分析,主要包括伸缩机构、传动机构、消毒机构、烟草收集箱等部分。以小齿轮齿数、模数为变量,在满足齿面接触疲劳强度、齿根弯曲疲劳强度和边界条件下,利用体积最小和重合度最大为工作要求,建立传动锥齿轮机构的优化目标函数。结果表明所设计模型强度满足设计要求。A portable tobacco leaf cutting machine with simple structure,small volume,light weight,and which can be completed by a single person is designed.A three-dimensional model of the main motion mechanism is established,and the model is analyzed by ANSYS,which mainly includes the telescopic mechanism,transmission mechanism,disinfection mechanism,tobacco collection box and other parts.Taking the number of teeth and modulus of the small gear as variables,and satisfying the contact fatigue strength of the tooth surface,bending fatigue strength of the tooth root,and boundary conditions,using the minimum volume and maximum overlap as working requirements,an optimization objective function for the transmission bevel gear mechanism is established.The results indicate that the strength of the designed model meets the design requirements.
