摘　　要：介绍了我国HCFCs生产行业HCFC-141b淘汰工作和消费领域聚氨酯(PU)泡沫行业HCFC-141b淘汰工作的相关情况,以及《基加利修正案》对氢氟碳化物的管控思路,并简要分析了含氢氯氟烃全面淘汰及氢氟碳化物管控对我国聚氨酯泡沫行业产生的影响。The phase-out progress of HCFC-141b in HCFCs production sector and PU foam sector in China,as well as the control strategy of the Kigali Amendment on hydrofluorocarbons were introduced in this article.The impact of overall elimination of hydrochlorofluorocarbons and further control of hydrofluorocarbons on the PU foam sector in China were briefly analyzed.
