浅谈离心式压缩机流量系数的选取

摘　　要：在对离心式压缩机的级进行设计或校核计算时,流量系数设计值的选取是很关键的,在叶轮出口安装角不同条件下选取的经验数值往往不能使设计点工况获得高的级效率。在诸多影响级效率的设计变量中,浅析了在不同叶轮出口安装角条件下,叶轮出口绝对气流角、扩压度及轮径比与流量系数之间的关系。In the design or check calculation of centrifugal compressor stage,the selection of flow coefficient design value is very critical.The empirical values selected under different installation angles of impeller outlet often can not achieve high stage efficiency at design points.The relationship among the absolute flow angle of impeller outlet,diffuser degree,wheel diameter ratio and flow coefficient is analyzed in many design variables affecting stage efficiency under different impeller outlet installation angles.
