摘  要:针对间苯二酚釜式加氢反应中存在的安全隐患显著、返混严重等问题,研究了间苯二酚通过连续流反应技术催化加氢合成1,3-环己二酮。结果表明,金属催化剂的催化性能大小为Pd>Ru>Ni;以5%Pd/C粉末催化剂为例,将反应器从釜式反应器转移至固定床反应器明显抑制了过度还原副产物的生成,可实现反应选择性>99.9%;Pd负载的颗粒催化剂比起粉末催化剂展现出更好的稳定性,使用5%Pd/Al2O3颗粒催化剂在415min内可得到1,3-环己二酮的质量分数为63.2%的气体,并可通过水洗实现催化剂再生,连续加氢工艺操作简单、安全、高效。In view of a series of problems existing in the tank hydrogenation reaction of resorcinol,such as significant safety hazards and serious back-mixing,the catalytic hydrogenation of resorcinol to 1,3-cyclohexanedione by continuous flow reaction was studied.The results showed that the catalytic performance of metal catalyst was Pd>Ru>Ni.Taking 5%Pd/C powder catalyst as an example,the transfer of the reactor from the tank reactor to the fixed bed reactor significantly inhibited the generation of excessive reduction by-products,and the reaction selectivity was>99.9%.The Pd-supported particle catalyst showed better stability than the powder catalyst,using 5%Pd/Al2O3 particle catalyst,the gas with a mass fraction of 63.2%of 1,3-cyclohexanadione could be obtained within 415 min,and the catalyst could be regenerated by washing.Therefore,continuous hydrogenation process was simple,safe and efficient.
