摘 要:针对新型太阳能组件聚烯烃(POE)封装胶膜与玻璃的界面粘结性不佳问题,采用高温蒸煮实验(PCT)后与玻璃的剥离强度的测试方法,研究了不同类型的助剂,如交联助剂,极性助交联剂,尤其是不同种类的硅烷偶联剂对POE封装胶膜粘接性能的影响。结果表明,乙烯基硅烷偶联剂的使用可以有效提高粘接性能,PCT后剥离强度皆高于45 N/cm。同时对比了添加方式对粘接性能的影响,使用硅烷接枝母粒方式优于液体助剂单独添加方式,PCT后POE胶膜与玻璃的剥离强度可以从45N/cm提高到50~60N/cm,使用最高80%接枝率的母粒,剥离强度最高可达60.4 N/cm。此研究对于POE胶膜配方的开发提供了设计思路。In view of the problem of poor interface adhesion between polyolefin(POE)encapsulation film and glass of new solar modules,Using the test method of peeling strength between glass and polyolefin(POE)encapsulation film after high temperature cooking experiment(PCT),the influence of different types of additives,such as cross-linking additives,polar cross-linking agents,especially different kinds of silane coupling agents,on the adhesion performance of POE encapsulation film was studied.The results show that the use of vinyl silane coupling agent can effectively improve the bonding properties,and the peel strength after PCT is higher than 45 N/cm.At the same time,the influence of the addition method on the bonding performance was compared.The method of silane grafting masterbatch was better than that of liquid additive alone.The peeling strength of POE film and glass after PCT could be increased from 45 N/cm to 50~60 N/cm,and the peeling strength could reach up to 60.4 N/cm when the masterbatch with the highest grafting rate of 80%was used.This study provides a design idea for the development of POE film formulation.
