摘 要:采用非溶剂致相分离法制备了2种PVDF膜(纯PVDF膜及氧化石墨烯(GO)-PVDF膜),分析对比不同膜的结构性能以及在污水处理中的特点。结果表明,纯PVDF膜的水接触角较大,即疏水性较强,不利于纯水的透过率,通过添加亲水性材料GO制备了GO-PVDF膜。当GO的质量分数为0.5%时,接触角为65.1°,膜的亲水性得到显著提高;当GO的质量分数为0.4%时,GO-PVDF膜的孔隙率为77%,水通量达到201L/(m^(2)·h),对BSA的截留率达到79.5%;随着GO的添加量的增加,膜的断裂强度以及对污染物的吸附量以及达到平衡所需的吸附时间先增大后逐渐减小。This article uses a non-solvent induced phase separation method to prepare two types of PVDF membranes(pure PVDF membrane and graphene oxide(GO)-PVDF membrane),and analyzes and compares the structural properties and characteristics of different membranes in sewage treatment.The results show that the water contact angle of pure PVDF membrane is relatively large,indicating strong hydrophobicity,which is not conducive to the transmission rate of pure water,GO-PVDF membrane is prepared by adding hydrophilic material GO.When the mass fraction of GO is 0.5%,the contact Angle is 65.1°,and the hydrophilicity of the membrane is significantly improved.When the mass fraction of GO is 0.4%,the porosity of GO-PVDF membrane is 77%,the water flux reaches 201 L/(m^(2)·h),and the retention rate of BSA reaches 79.5%.With the increase of the amount of GO,the breaking strength of the membrane,the adsorption capacity of pollutants and the adsorption time required to reach the equilibrium first increased and then gradually decreased.
