摘　　要：针对某煤油气资源综合利用项目污水零排放装置运行过程中存在的循环水系统Cl^(-)超标、脱盐水站超滤装置产能和产水量不足、离心机母液无法处理等问题,分析污水零排放装置各单元水质特征,采取优化各单元工艺流程、均化水质、回用水站产水深度处理等措施解决相关问题。结果表明,将回用水与地表水混合后可有效解决循环水系统Cl^(-)偏高、硬度偏低和浓缩倍率偏低问题;将回用水站反渗透产水作为脱盐水站超滤产水补充水可解决超滤产能不足;对回用水站产水进行深度处理可解决脱盐水站产水量不足;将废碱液离心机母液掺混处理后可有效解决母液处理问题,为装置稳定运行提供了有力保障。In response to the problems of excessive Cl^(-)in the circulating water system,insufficient production capacity and water yield of the ultrafiltration device in the desalination station,and inability to treat the centrifuge mother liquor during the operation of the zero discharge device of sewage in a comprehensive utilization project of a certain coal,oil and gas resource.By comparing and analyzing the water quality characteristics of each unit of the sewage zero discharge device,measures such as optimizing the process flow of each unit,homogenizing the water quality,and deep treatment of the produced water in the reuse water station are adopted to solve the relevant problems.The results indicate that mixing recycled water with surface water can effectively solve the bottleneck problems of high Cl^(-),low hardness and low concentration ratio of circulating water system.Using reverse osmosis production water from the reuse station as supplementary water for ultrafiltration production water from the desalination station can solve the shortage of insufficient ultrafiltration production capacity.Deep treatment of the produced water from the reuse station can solve the shortage of insufficient water production in the desalination station.The problem of mother liquor disposal can be effectively solved by mixing the mother liquor of waste lye centrifuge,which provides a strong guarantee for the stable operation of the device.
