摘 要:基于纵筋与并筋等面积原则,提出一种基于并筋的装配式混凝土柱,主要包括纵向钢筋、并筋、异径半灌浆套筒、异径机械套筒和抗剪连接件,可有效提高装配式混凝土柱的连接效率。设计并制作现浇混凝土柱XJZ-1、普通并筋柱BJZ-1和带抗剪件并筋柱BJZ-2的试验模型,研究其破坏模式、滞回性能、钢筋应变、骨架曲线和延性系数等。结果表明:试件XJZ-1底部先后出现水平和竖向裂缝、混凝土压碎和纵筋弯曲现象;试件BJZ-1与BJZ-2均先后出现水平裂缝、沿注浆孔对角斜裂缝、混凝土压碎、灌浆套筒上部纵筋一侧受弯屈服和坐浆层脱落等现象。试件XJZ-1承载能力、初始刚度和延性系数最大;相比试件BJZ-1,试件BJZ-2的承载能力、初始刚度和延性系数分别提高13.02%、13.33%和18.50%。另外,各试件在加载时首先产生水平裂缝,随后出现纵筋屈服和混凝土局部脱落现象,但箍筋未发生屈服,均属于弯曲破坏。In order to improve the construction efficiency of prefabricated concrete column,an innovative prefabricated concrete column with bundled steel bars(PCCBSB)that is composed of longitudinal bars,bundled steel bars,reducer half-grouted sleeve splice,reducer mechanical sleeve and shear connector is developed,which is based on principle of the same area with bundled steel bars and longitudinal bars.A cyclic loading test was conducted on cast-in-situ concrete column(XJZ-1),PCC-BSB without and with shear connector(BJZ-1 and BJZ-1),so the failure modes,hysteresis curves,bar strains,bond curves,initial stiffness,and ductility coefficient were observed and analyzed.The test results showed that the failure process of XJZ-1 specimen mainly consists of horizontal cracks,vertical cracks,concrete crushing and longitudinal bar bending successively.BJZ-1 and BJZ-2 specimens have the same failure process,which mainly contained five stages:horizontal cracks,diagonal cracks along the diagonal grouting holes,concrete crushing,one side of longitudinal bars clipped at the top of grouted sleeve splice and slurry layer shed.The bearing capacity,initial stiffness and ductility coefficient of XJZ-1 specimen were better than the BJZ-1 and BJZ-2 specimens.By comparing with the BJZ-1,the bearing capacity,initial stiffness and ductility coefficient of BJZ-2 were increased by 13.02%,13.33%and 18.50%.In addition,during the cyclic loading process of all the specimens,the cracks were firstly formed,then concretes were crushed and longitudinal bars were yielded,but the stirrups were always in the elastic stage,which were all expressed with beading failure mode.
