摘 要:以多孔介质热湿耦合迁移理论为基础,考虑墙体从地面吸湿和墙体表面热湿迁移的问题,确立了墙体内含湿量预测的模型,通过比较墙体和不同抹灰材料中的含湿量大小来合理地选择墙体抹灰材料。以南昌地区240 mm砖墙为例,分析了以水泥砂浆和预混防潮水泥2种材料作为抹灰材料的选择,计算结果表明,预混防潮水泥作为抹灰材料时其湿高度较低,墙体内含湿量也较低,更适合作为该砖墙的抹灰材料。分析了抹灰材料吸水率、厚度和密度对其湿高度和墙体含湿量的影响,结果表明:抹灰材料吸水率增加,湿高度增加,墙体含湿量也增加;抹灰材料厚度增加,其湿高度增加,墙体含湿量降低;抹灰材料密度增加,其湿高度降低,墙体含湿量也降低。Based on the coupled heat and moisture transfer through porous media,considering the heat and moisture transferring of the wall surface and absorbing moist from the ground,a calculating model was established to forecast the moisture content in the walls.By comparing the moisture of walls and different plaster materials,the plaster materials can be chosen rational.Taking the 240 mm brick walls in Nanchang as an instance,the situations of using the different materials,which were the cement mortar and premixed for rising damp phenomena cement,were analyzed.The simulation results have indicated that moisture content of premixed for rising damp phenomena cement and moisture content of the wall,was relatively low.The premixed for rising damp phenomena cement was better to be chosen for plastering.The effects of sorptivity,thickness and density of plastering materials on their moisture height and moisture content of the wall were analyzed.The results showed that the sorptivity of the plastering material increased,the moisture height increased,and the moisture content of the wall also increased.The thickness of the plastering material and the moisture height increased,the moisture content of the wall decreased,the density of the plastering material increased,and the moisture height decreased,the wall moisture content also decreased.
