水玻璃掺量对碱激发矿渣-不锈钢渣水泥抗裂性能的影响

摘　　要：以矿渣和不锈钢渣为前驱体,以氧化钙、碳酸钠和水玻璃为复合激发剂,制备碱矿渣-不锈钢渣水泥(ASL)。固定氧化钙和碳酸钠的碱掺量(氧化钙和碳酸钠反应生成的Na_(2)O与ASL的质量比)为4.0%,研究水玻璃掺量(水玻璃中的Na_(2)O与ASL的质量比,即0%、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%)对ASL抗压强度、抗折强度、劈裂抗拉强度、内钢环应变、环向拉应力和抗裂性能的影响规律,并计算抗裂性能评价指标A_(cr)(t),用其来表征ASL抗裂性能的优劣。结果表明:随着水玻璃掺量的增加,ASL的抗压强度、抗折强度和劈裂抗拉强度均先降低后升高;抗裂性能评价指标A_(cr)(t)先增大后减小,抗裂性能先增强后减弱;水玻璃掺量为0.5%时,ASL的抗裂性能最优。Based on a combined activator composed by calcium oxide,sodium carbonate and water glass and a precursor consisted of stainless steel slag and slag,an alkali-activated slag-stainless steel slag cement(ASL)was prepared.The alkali content of calcium oxide and sodium carbonate,namely the by mass ratio of Na_(2)O produced by the reaction of calcium oxide and sodium carbonate to ASL,was fixed at 4.0%,and the effect of water glass content(0%,0.5%,1.0%,1.5%and 2.0%),namely the by mass ratio of Na_(2)O of water glass to ASL,on the compressive strength,flexural strength,splitting tensile strength,inner steel ring strain,annular tensile stress and cracking resistance of ASL was studied.The evaluation index A_(cr)(t)was calculated to characterize the cracking resistance of ASL.The results showed that the compressive strength,flexural strength and splitting tensile strength of ASL decreased first and then increased with the increasing of water glass content.The cracking resistance index A_(cr)(t)increased first and then decreased,and the cracking resistance increased first and then decreased.When water glass content was 0.5%,the cracking resistance of ASL was the best.
