摘 要:研究了正庚烷蒸汽在多种吸附剂上的吸附效果。结果表明,吸附剂的比表面积、孔结构在正庚烷吸附过程中起到关键作用。较大的比表面积和孔容以及较小的孔径有利于正庚烷在吸附剂上的吸附。自制聚苯乙烯改性树脂表现出了最优的吸附效果,在重时空速为1000h^(‒1),温度为30℃,正庚烷浓度为9000mg/kg条件下的饱和吸附量为0.32 g/g。采用热氮气或水蒸气吹扫的方法可以实现聚合物树脂活性的再生,重复利用20次以后,吸附剂的饱和吸附量与第1次吸附相比活性下降小于5%,具有良好的再生性能。The adsorption of n-heptane steam on a variety of adsorbents was investigated in this paper.The results showed that the specific surface area and pore structure of the adsorbent played a key role in the adsorption of n-heptane,and a larger specific surface area and pore volume as well as a smaller pore size facilitated the adsorption of n-heptane on the adsorbents.The self-made polystyrene modified resin showed the best adsorption effect for n-heptane,and the saturation adsorption capacity was 0.32 g/g under the conditions of the weight hourly space velocity of 1000 h^(‒1),the temperature of 30℃and n-heptane concentration of 9000 mg/kg.Regeneration of the polymer resin activity could be achieved by using hot nitrogen or water steam purging.After 20 reuses,the saturation adsorption capacity of the adsorbent decreased by less than 5%compared to the first adsorption,indicating good regeneration performance.
